📚✨June Reading Wrap Up✨📚

Total books read this month: 7

June turned out to be such a lovely mix this time — from fantasy and heartfelt stories to gripping thrillers and something lighter and sweeter to finish with. There really was a little something for every mood! Here’s how I got on:

✨ Princess of Dawn – Megan Gilbert ⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5

A beautiful fantasy that pulled me right in. Rich world‑building and characters you quickly grow to care about. It felt like a perfect escape, full of hope, magic, and just the right amount of adventure. A great start to the month!

❤️ Small Great Things – Jodi Picoult ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5

As always, Jodi Picoult delivers something powerful and thought‑provoking. It tackles difficult themes with honesty and compassion, making you stop and think long after you’ve turned the final page. Emotional, important, and incredibly well‑written.

❄️ The Girl Who Kept Winter – Giao Chi ⭐⭐ / 5

A unique and lyrical idea, but sadly it didn’t quite work for me. While the writing style is gentle and atmospheric, it felt a little too slow and lacking in momentum. Not a bad story, just not quite the right fit for my taste this time around.

❄️ The Snows of Nissa – Isabella Khalidi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5

Absolutely stunning! The setting is so vivid you can almost feel the crisp cold air, and it balances adventure, mystery, and heart perfectly. Magical, immersive, and beautifully written — one I won’t forget quickly.

🧡 The One Who Got Away – KL Shannon ⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5

A compelling story about love, timing, and second chances. It feels very real and relatable — equal parts heartfelt and hopeful. Once you start reading, it’s hard to put down, and it leaves you feeling warm by the end.

🔍 Last Seen Alive – Carolyn Arnold ⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5

If you love thrillers, this one doesn’t disappoint! Fast‑paced, tense, and full of clever twists that keep you guessing until the very end. It’s the perfect kind of book to curl up with on an evening when you want something gripping and unputdownable.

🍰 Dessert Flirt Repeat – Sarah Smith ⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5

And to finish the month on a lighter note — this was pure joy! Sweet, fun, and full of charm. Just what you need when you want something easy, uplifting, and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Highly recommended for a quick, happy escape.
